Orient Light has finished filming the Turkey scenes of the new series by Brook Lapping (part of Zinc Media). Brook Lapping has been commissioned by the BBC to make Putin and the West, which tells the inside story of how Western leaders have struggled to deal with Russia as Putin tries to exert his power on the world stage. Orient Light did the production and filming of the interviews in Istanbul and Ankara, one of which was with the former prime minister of Turkey, Mr. Ahmet Davutoglu.

We made a three camera setup with Sony’s top of the line FX9 cameras. Our experienced director of photography and sound person made their best to finalize the filming of the interviews within BBC standards. Director Max Stern attended and directed the Istanbul interviews himself. Two days later we shot another interview in Ankara which Max remotely directed from London, via the live link we provided.
